This Sunday join me for a unique yoga experience that blends both dynamic and slower yoga practices.
Our long yoga session will include a combination of Yang Yoga (the flowing vinyasa practice) and Yin Yoga (slower and stiller practice) to help you find balance and deep relaxation. And did you know that all tastes better after yoga? We get a chance to experience it ourselves during the breakfast that will follow in the little local boulangerie next door;)
Looking forward to seeing you!
What to Expect
Vinyasa Yoga (Yang Practice): We will begin with an invigorating Vinyasa flow, designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through a series of dynamic movements and breathwork. This practice increases cardiovascular health, boosts stamina, and enhances mental clarity. As you move through the sequences, you’ll develop a deeper connection to your body and breath, promoting both physical and mental resilience. Vinyasa is perfect for energizing your morning and releasing built-up tension.
Yin Yoga (Yin Practice): After our energizing Yang practice, we’ll transition into Yin Yoga, a slower, more meditative practice that might be new for some of you. In Yin Yoga, we hold poses for longer periods, which targets the deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia. This helps improve flexibility and joint mobility while encouraging deeper relaxation. Yin Yoga also stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting calmness and helping to reduce stress. It's a wonderful counterbalance to the faster-paced Vinyasa, allowing you to slow down, release tension, and restore balance in both body and mind.
Breakfast: After our practice, stay for a nourishing breakfast. It’s a great opportunity to connect with fellow yogis and continue the relaxed vibe of the morning over food and drinks.
