One-to-One Personalized Yoga Classes
You can contact me for private yoga classes, where we can work in person or online on your personal intentions and objectives.
Regarding asana (physical) practice: I can help you and accompany you to build your personal home practice based on your own needs and lifestyle, which is a true game changing skill to build habits and and tosay consistent. Also, I can answer alignment questions, work on specific skills set (e.g. splits, pancakes, etc), show variations and how to adapt your yoga practice (e.g. if you have wrist pain). Or maybe you are simply not a fan of group classes and prefer to work on one on one basis.
Regarding breath and meditation practice: I can introduce and help you build or further develop your breathing and meditation practices.
