We will achieve this through a gentle yoga flow and a specific movement framework accompanied by breath and meditation.

As a passionate yoga practitioner and instructor, I have countless ideas and topics I want to share. Yet, one subject kept resurfacing for a while now: back pain and back health. This course seamlessly integrates back-strengthening and posture-improving practices within a holistic movement approach, ensuring you feel great all over.

Join me on this journey to a healthier, happier back and a body that feels great, as we move through gentle yoga flows designed to nurture and bolster your entire being. Together, we'll make this summer truly a "Feel Good Summer."

We will kickstart with a Pre-Recorded Welcome Class on Thursday, June 13th. This class will cover some theory on back pain, orientation, and information.

The course will take place every Friday 12:00-13:00 during lunch break. Here are the dates:

3rd: June 28th

4th: July 5th

5th: July 12th

As a yoga student and teacher, I’ve been amazed by how many people experience back pain. Many have turned to yoga to alleviate their issues. Me too, I was also touched by back pain after having my kids. Through my practice, courses, webinars, and research, I found numerous solutions to strengthen my back and overcome the pain.

Now, I’m excited to share these learnings with you. I will guide you through this mini-course to help you strengthen and nurture your back in a gentle and loving way.

We will follow a specific framework over 5 weeks, focusing on different movements each week to strengthen and nurture your back:

  1. Happy Hips
  2. Gentle Backbends and Forward Folds
  3. Strengthening (Spine and Core)
  4. Exploring Side Movements
  5. Twisting

Each week, we’ll dive into one of these movement pillars with a gentle yoga flow.

Back pain can be complex, and physical movements alone may not be enough. We are all different, and some might need more classes or repetitions to see the benefits, some might benefit from more breathing and meditation techniques. Therefore, I’m including some extra bonuses:
